Home River group a+ plus plus they are the best rental agency I've ever worked with in town and I couldn't say more positive things about them, they were the most professional most polite most prompt and easy to work with company I've ever dealt with. Anytime I had any problems with any type of maintenance I made one phone call or went on the portal and put in a request and somebody was out to assess the problem and fix it within 24 hours. My landlord and property manager we're the best at working with me with everything I needed when it came time to move out and find a new place they worked with me 100% to get me into another place even better than the one before because I was going through a divorce at the time and it was quite ugly and rough but they understand what was going on and seen it for both sides and helps me to get through my situation and get into my own place. I was sad to see when the place I was renting was taken over by rooftop real estate which was a huge mistake I think on the part of the property owner because they're not even half as professional polite or punctual when it comes to taking care of their tenants, I felt like home River group really cared about the people that they were running to and rooftop real estate doesn't seem to care at all they're hard to get ahold of they won't let you even look at the ledger so you can never tell what you owe or how much money is coming in or out it's really hard to see what's going on especially when you're on Idaho housing they won't show you the ledger at all so you don't know where you're at. I even had some damages done to my house by a third party that doesn't stay with me and rooftop real estate is trying to make me pay for the damages even though I didn't do them and I wasn't home when they were done someone had broken into my house and did them and they blame me Homer group would have never done anything like that they would have had my back and follow the police report and prosecuted the person but rooftop blamed me even though the person that caused the damages was trespassed from my property and had a no contact order they still blame me and now they want me out and try are trying to evict me. I was never once late on my rent I even have paid my rent in advance many times and put down a 1200 deposit. I’ve had the privilege of working with The Homer Group for several years, both professionally and, most recently, on something incredibly personal. In my previous role with a large global nonprofit organization, I worked with Guy Homer and The Homer Group on a wide range of print and production projects supporting fundraising, donor engagement, global initiatives, organizational communications, events, and major campaigns. These were often complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, significant budgets, firm deadlines, numerous deliverables, and materials that ultimately reached audiences across the United States and around the world. As a project manager, I’m incredibly detail-oriented, and I’ve managed enough vendors to know the difference between a company that simply completes a job and one that becomes a true partner. The Homer Group was the latter. Year after year, I could count on their team for excellent communication, responsiveness, problem-solving, quality control, and an exceptional finished product. Whether we were navigating changing specifications, tight production schedules, complicated mailing and distribution needs, or the inevitable last-minute adjustment, they consistently approached the work with professionalism and a willingness to help us find a solution. Most recently, however, I experienced their work from an entirely different perspective when I entrusted The Homer Group with printing the programs for my mother’s homegoing service. The programs were absolutely beautiful. From the initial correspondence and coordination through production and the final product, the entire experience was phenomenal. During a time when I was grieving while simultaneously managing countless details, it meant more than I can express to know that this was one thing I simply did not have to worry about. But what has always made The Homer Group special to me is the relationship behind the work. When I arrived to pick up my mother’s programs, Guy didn’t simply hand me a box and send me on my way. He stopped, took the time to talk with me, and genuinely asked how I was doing. In one of the most difficult seasons of my life, that kindness meant more than he probably realized. That moment also perfectly represented what I had experienced professionally for years. The Homer Group doesn’t just see purchase orders, deadlines, print jobs, or customers. They see people. They care about the work they produce, they care about the people and organizations they serve, and they understand that what may be another project on a production schedule can represent something incredibly important to the person on the other side.
